As the numbers of the Corona-virus infection rates begin to decrease, along with the fear and panic nationwide. States begin to strategically re-open, allowing people to return to work. With the collaborative efforts of The White House, U.S Government Agencies, and the nation experts on infectious diseases, they were able to expedite and produce successful rapid testing and treatments. However, after 5 weeks of statewide shutdowns and no income for families and individuals, the U.S maybe at battle with a new pandemic called homelessness. Orlando Florida has one of the highest rental rates in the nation, where the cost of rent exceeds more than one-third of a person income. According to the Coalition For The Homeless of Central Florida, it will take an individual to work 84 hours a week at minimum wage to afford a one bedroom apartment.
